| THE HOUSE |

The house of about 120 s.m. on 1 level is comfortable and nice furnishings. It's consists of an entrance, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen (with fireplace), a double room, a single room, a room with two single beds, and two bathrooms (with shower). The garden consists of 5000 s.m. of land (totally fenced). In front of the house there are about 200 s.m. of lawn. There is also an outdoor area with garden furniture. |

All the beds are equipped whit bed sheets, pillowcases and blankets. In the double room there is a wardrobe. In the room with two beds there is also a wardrobe. Dimensions of the beds: double bed 195 x 165 cm., single beds 195 x 80 cm. |

| kitchen: 4 gas cooker, oven, fireplace, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, a table. Price includes towels, tablecloths, dishes, plates, glasses, saucepans, kitchenware, etc. corridor: in the corridor there is a wardrobe.
