The house is situated  in the country about  1,5 Km distance from Rignano Flaminio.  Is connected to Rome  by the Flaminia way (SS3) (about 35 Km).  Ideal starting point to visit Rome, Viterbo and for excursions in the parks and natural reserves of Lazio.  The property consists of 5000 s.m. of land, in front of the house there are about 200 s.m. of lawn;   it's totally fenced.   It's possible to leave the car within the garden.

Rignano Flaminio                                                                                                                                                                                                     It's a little town (about 7000 inhabitants) along the Flaminia way (about 35 Km from Rome).   It rises 250 m.  above the sea level.  It's situated at the foot of the Soratte mountain.   Rignano Flaminio is connected to Rome  from the Flaminia way (SS3), from a local train and from a bus service.  You can find all shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.   Rignano Flaminio  has origin dated back to 400 b.C..  In the centre of town there are the ruins of the "Rocca dei Borgia" (14th century).  Very important are the Church of SS. Vincenzo e Anastasio, the Church of SS. Abbondio e Abbondanzio  (500 a.C.), the Church of Santa Teodora (18th century) and the Catacombe (4th century).

- by train: by  local train Roma-Viterbo. The train station "Sant'Oreste" is 400 mt far from the house.

- by bus: by the bus Roma-Viterbo. The bus stop is 400 mt far from the house.

The international airport "Leonardo da Vinci" (Fiumicino) is 70 km far from the house.

The internatonal airport of Ciampino is 59 km far from the house.
